UA’s Capstone Alliance and the LGBTQ Alumni Association have awarded Jeff the Elliot Jackson Jones Memorial Endowed Scholarship, which recognizes a UA student, at any level, who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to LGBTQ activism and improving the campus climate for diversity. Jeff also received the Service Leadership Endowed Scholarship from UA’s Women and Gender Resource Center in recognition of their service and leadership in campus activism for gender equity and diversity. They have maintained these commitments to improving campus life while a full-time PhD student in the College of Communication and Information Sciences. Cheers to you, JJ!
